The Java user group of Norway was first founded by Skrivervik Data, Radio 1 and Schibsted Nett in 1996 to arrange a Norwegian applet competition similar to the international one arranged by SunSoft. Unfortunately the user group was left dead until some of us initiated a new foundation meeting on 23rd of April 1998. Her are the statutes of the user group, and here is membership information.
